Notes:
I translated 想いを奏でよう to "feelings resound" because there's not really an equivalent in English, 奏でる/kanaderu is a verb for playing an instrument (esp. stringed instruments) according to my dictionary so...
I also translated どこまでも/dokomademo in two ways just because I thought each phrase wasn't enough to capture the broad meaning in Japanese.
